Need Help?

How you can get help!

Get Help

We are committed to helping people who, for whatever reason, are unable to afford the basic foods that they need. Our aim is to provide a household with a food parcel that will deliver enough to feed them for about a week, whether it is one person, a couple or larger family.

We deliver each weekday Monday to Friday and the areas that we deliver to, include Thame, Chinnor, Watlington, Chalgrove, Stadhampton, Great Milton, Little Milton, Wheatley, Long Crendon, Oakley, Brill and Haddenham.

To get help please call us on the number below. You will be able to speak to one of us between 9.00am and 1.00pm each weekday but if you call outside these hours just leave a message and we will call you back. If you are asking for help for yourself (self-referring) we will help for a limited time (one or two weeks maximum) but will always try and put you in touch with a support agency that can give further help and advice. They can then refer you for food parcels over a longer time if you need them.

Getting Support from the Foodbank

Unlike most foodbanks because we live in a rural area, we deliver food to our clients, after first telephoning them to establish what they need.

We deliver each weekday Monday to Friday.

If you are a support agency wanting to refer someone, please click here to REFER SOMEONE and complete the online form. We will then call the person to follow-up the referral

Volunteer Enquiry

We are always looking for extra volunteers to help with our foodbank, either packing food parcels or if you have a car delivering food parcels to our clients around the area.
